MAH CET Entrance Test

Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra will organize the MAH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) for admission to PG (Post Graduate) management courses at different state level DTE Maharashtra affiliated colleges.  It is the Maharashtra state level management exam is organized for the MBA/MMS admission. The MAH CET is expected to be conducted in the month of March.  The application process of MAH CET will be starts from the February month.

MAH CET Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates must possess the graduate degree with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% marks for SC/ST candidates) from recognized college.
  • Last year candidates may also apply for the MAH MBA CET.

MAH CET Application Form Details

  • The Application form for MAH CET will be available from the month of February at its official site (
  • MAH CET application process is online only.
  • First, candidates have to open the MAH CET official site and register by entering the email id and generate a unique password.
  • After the successfully online registration, the applicants have to re-login and then fill all the important details in the application form.
  • Candidates should upload their colour photograph and signature.
  • Then pay the application fee and click on submit button.

MAH CET Application Fee

The MAH CET application form fee may be paid by Credit card/Debit card or through net banking.  Applicants belonging to the general category applicants have to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000, while the application fee for the reserved category applicants is Rs. 800.

MAH CET Exam Pattern

The MAH CET is a computer based exam.  The MAH CET paper consists of total 200 objective type questions. The total duration of the MAH CET is 150 minutes. There is no negative marking in the MAH CET.

  • The DTE, Maharashtra conducts the CAP (Centralised Admission Process) rounds after the announcement of MAH CET final results.
  • According to the applicant’s marks, their ranks or scores are decided and are allotted colleges or institutes.
